Terms and Conditions
Please read each statement and fill out the form below
The required deposit of 40% must be paid before or at the time the flowers are received to begin the preservation process.
The rest of the payment must be received before the customer receives their order.
The deposit is NOT refundable.
It may take 11-12 weeks to process the floral order(s).
Once the order has been started, no changes can be made to the order (you will receive a layout to approve before I begin).
The color of some flowers may naturally change slightly due to the drying process (for example: reds dry a deep purple, whites sometimes dry with a yellow or beige tint, light pinks dry to a deeper pink, etc)
Flowers that have been dyed or sprayed a different color may bleed slightly when the resin is poured.
Hairs, dust, small imperfections, bubbles, etc. are normal and can occur
I take the absolute best care of the flowers given to me. Some flowers dry better than others, meaning some flowers may fall apart when I remove them from the silica gel. This is totally normal and unavoidable. Please know that I will do my best to piece back the flowers, but some are unable to be pieced back together. If this happens and there are not enough flowers for the floral block chosen, we can have a discussion on how to proceed
If you are shipping your flowers, I am not responsible for any damages caused by USPS, this includes shipping your finished floral block. Unfortunately, this is something I cannot control but will do my best to work with what I have if this happens. If the flowers are damaged, you will have the choice of either receiving a refund or having a florist of your choice recreate your bouquet and send it back to me.
Flowers are porous- when I begin pouring the resin, there will most likely be transparent spots on the flowers (due to thinner spots on the flowers-white flowers tend to show the most spots due to their light color). Again, this is totally normal, and you will still receive a beautiful piece of art!
I recommend keeping your floral block, coasters, etc. out of the sun and away from heat. By doing this, it slows down the aging process of your block.
As your block ages, the color of the resin may turn a slight amber color. This is normal and unavoidable, but your floral block will remain beautiful. It will just have a more “vintage” look to it.
Your piece is handmade, meaning it will not be perfect, but I guarantee you I will make sure that it is as close to perfect as possible!
